As far as value for the money, Summerview runs away with it! I’ve always found the staff pleasant, easy to work with, and helpful. Maintenance is a quick turn around on quests, the folks in the office are always smiling. Also can’t beat the location. For someone that values time, Summerview’s location is one of the best. You’re right on the door step of everything in the Polaris area. I’ve been blessed with great neighbors for several years now as well. Really just can’t beat the location and price for the area.
